Srividya is a Menopause Nutrition, Lifestyle & Weight Loss Coach, and a Sleep, Stress Management & Recovery Expert. With over 7 years of experience, she specializes in helping women 35+ navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence, energy, and ease.
Her approach blends science-backed strategies with deep compassion, drawing from her background in nutrition, strength training, and behavior change psychology. She combines holistic coaching with practical tools like tiny habits, nervous system regulation, and strength training to create sustainable results.
Her style is nurturing, empathetic, and client-centric - offering high-touch coaching, accountability, and emotional support tailored to each woman’s journey.
Srividya’s work is rooted in her own lived experience. From rebuilding herself after years of stress, motherhood, and health challenges to becoming a national powerlifting champion and later navigating perimenopause herself, she understands the unique struggles midlife women face.
