Ever since I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by the mind-body connection. I noticed that certain foods helped me recover when I was sick, and simply holding my mom’s hand could make my pain disappear. I saw how my stress levels affected my skin, with rashes flaring up during high stress and calming down when I relaxed.
One of the most profound experiences was when my maternal grandmother passed away. Before I even received the call, I felt a deep sense of loss. This intuition has only grown stronger over the past decade, thanks to the inner work I’ve been doing. It has helped me connect more deeply with my clients and understand them — and my family — on a much deeper level.

My practice blends cognitive exploration with movement-based and body-led work. I believe therapy should be collaborative, responsive, and rooted in what works for each person — not a rigid method. For some clients, that means structured goals and regular reviews. For others, it means holding space for whatever emerges in the moment.
I tailor my approach based on each client’s needs and personality. Whether we’re working with childhood patterns, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, or short-term goals like procrastination and habit formation — my focus is to meet you where you are, and help you build clarity, resilience, and deeper self-understanding.
Many clients have told me they felt truly seen for the first time in my sessions — especially those who are quiet, guarded, or have had difficult experiences with past therapists. I’m trained to work gently, but also go deep when you’re ready. Over the last 13 years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients — from college students and corporate professionals to VPs, founders, and CXOs. With over 550+ hours of formal training and 12,000+ hours of therapy experience, I bring an eclectic, body-based, and trauma- informed approach to the work.
