About Jeni

I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist based in Mumbai, India, with five years of experience supporting adults through long-term, relational therapy. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, polyvagal theory, and an attachment lens to create a healing space where clients can safely explore the parts of themselves that hold emotional pain or protective roles. I am passionate about working with trauma, grief, body image, and the intergenerational and systemic influences on our lives. In my sessions, I bring in body-based practices that help clients reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies, release stored traumas, and move towards a sense of harmony within. My practice is deeply relational, inviting clients into a gentle, collaborative process of understanding and integrating their experiences. Healing is not about quick fixes; it’s about unfolding over time and building a relationship with yourself and your world that feels more authentic and alive. I also offer workshops and content to make therapy concepts accessible, weaving in cultural, collective, and feminist understandings.

  • My work combines Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, polyvagal-informed work, and attachment-based relational approaches. This allows me to support clients in understanding the inner dynamics of their parts, process stored trauma in the body, and cultivate safe, secure connections within and around them. I hold space for clients to develop self-compassion and deepen their relationship with themselves and their bodies. I offer a free 15-20 minute discovery call to understand the expectations and discuss the right fit.
