About Drashti

I’m a psychotherapist based in Mumbai with over four years of experience. I work with individuals across diverse life experiences, offering a space where they feel seen, supported, and better equipped to meet life’s challenges with clarity and self-compassion. My own journey with mental health was shaped by long stretches of wondering if things could ever truly feel different—and doubting what change even meant. But in that confusion and lostness, I experienced the quiet power of being met with care, presence, and acceptance. I hope to offer the same to my clients as we move together through your questions, struggles, and uncertainties—making space for the slow shifts that help you feel more at home within yourself. I also hold a deep awareness of how larger systems and the intersections of our identities impact our wellbeing, and I bring that lens into the therapeutic space. To me, therapy is about welcoming all parts of you—even the messy, tender, and unsure ones—so you can move through life with greater ease and authenticity.

  • My approach is collaborative and shaped by your unique needs—I don't believe in fixing or advising, but in supporting you to access your own wisdom and inner resources in a way that feels right for you. I draw from trauma-informed and relational approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I often bring attention to how emotions show up in the body, trusting that healing isn’t just cognitive—it’s also deeply embodied. Whether you’re making sense of your past, understanding your inner world, or moving toward a life that feels more aligned, I aim to meet you with curiosity, care, and respect.anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, identity exploration, grief, neurodivergence, and the impact of trauma. • I try to stay genuinely curious—curious enough to not assume, but to explore, listen, and understand. This openness helps me meet people where they are, without judgment or agenda.

  • I hold space for the complexity and nuance of individual experiences, creating room for all that is tender, confusing, or in-between.

  • My presence in the therapy room is shaped by my willingness to reflect on my own responses, so I can show up with authenticity and care.

  • I also work with the understanding that our stories don’t just live in our minds—they’re carried in our bodies, too. Tuning into both helps us access deeper insight and healing.
