Chhavi is a NBCHW certified sleep coach, yoga teacher, shadow work practitioner and EFT trainer. With over 3 years of training experience, she has guided over 5000 professionals, to create a better relationship with sleep, that supports their work and personal life, and allows them to thrive in both.She offerings individual and group sleep training sessions that combine traditional sleep coaching, with yoga and Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT) technique.



  • My work as a sleep coach combines sleep coaching, Hatha Yoga, Emotional Freedom Tapping, Mindset coachingI offer remedial treatments for pelvic floor dysfunctions, including prolapses, neuralgia, painful sex, incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and vaginismus.

  • My work is focussed on aligning the body’s circadian clock to facilitate optimum sleep. This is done without using medication and supplements. because I have come to learn how challenging it is for them to secure holistic health care from the established medical and para-medical communities.

  • I offer coaching programs for women who work in high-stress environments, to help them access deeper levels of rest after a long day. ages, especially mothers and post-menopausal women. Treatments are minimum 3 hour long, as I work with the whole body. There is almost always an important external bodywork in addition to the internal bodywork. This can be myofascial, neuromuscular activation and stretching to eliminate pain.

  • I guide my clients to create a pro-sleep mindset that allows effortless entry into sleep. This is done through belief restructuring and yoga.
