Adaa’s approach is a gentle yet radical. She offers a calm, grounded space where urgency is replaced with presence, and healing is not rushed but deeply respected. She supports late bloomers, sensitives, survivors, and those who have long felt out of step with conventional systems of care. Her clients are met with nuance, wisdom, and a profound respect for their inner timing.

Her work explores the root of dependency to restore autonomy and inner regulation, supporting women in reclaiming safety, trust, and reverence for their bodies—through therapy that honors the deep interplay between stress, emotion, trauma, and hormonal balance.
Whether online or in person, Adaa’s therapy space is a sanctuary for those seeking depth—not quick fixes. She believes that by unearthing the roots of our inner fragmentation, we return to a life of self-respect, embodiment, and wild, grounded wholeness.

By supporting women in reconnecting with their true mental and physical capacities, I help them restore natural menstrual health and hormonal balance. My work invites clients to remember their wild, authentic selves—prioritizing safety, inner trust, and a health-oriented mindset over patterns of self-abandonment or unhealthy coping. This process dissolves fear and fosters a deep belief in their ability to sustain their own well-being. As clients reclaim self-reliance, they begin to thrive—not just physically, but in every area of life. Beyond restoring health, my work supports the emergence of whole, grounded individuals who show up as healthy friends, partners, professionals, daughters, and parents.
