Do I work with a sliding scale-Yes
I am a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and Counseling Psychologist with over 13 years of experience working across the mind-body spectrum. My work blends evidence-based speech therapy with trauma-informed psychotherapy and narrative practices. I work closely with children, women and queer individuals to help them rediscover their voice, literally and metaphorically, after years of suppression, trauma, or developmental disruption. My approach is deeply holistic, drawing from somatic awareness, cognitive-behavioral tools, and language-based interventions. I believe that the nervous system, communication, and identity are intricately linked and healing one supports the healing of the others. My sessions often include body-based regulation practices, memory reframing, and mindful communication coaching. My practice is rooted in safety, dignity, and consent. Whether I am working with neurodivergent children, adults navigating internalized shame, or individuals recovering from complex trauma, I help clients build coherence between their body, mind, and story.
I combine speech therapy with psychotherapy, drawing from CBT, Action-Commitment Therapy, somatic tracking, trauma-informed voice work, and communication coaching. My sessions can be both playful and profound depending on what each client needs. The goal isn’t just fluency or clarity, it is expression, authenticity, and reclaiming one’s voice in the fullest sense.
I offer ONLY online sessions.

I bring warmth, intuition, and clinical precision to my work. I have a deep sensitivity to what isn’t always said whether it’s in a child’s gestures or an adult’s silence. I believe in inclusive, consent-based therapeutic spaces where every identity, story, and voice are honoured. As a woman and a therapist, I deeply understand how often women are asked to shrink their voice, to be quieter, smaller, more agreeable. My work supports women in reclaiming their voice, their story, and their space in relationships, in society, and within themselves. Whether through speech, expression, or silence, I help women reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve been taught to hide or silence. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and safe to show up as their full selves.
